Looks like a flamingo, doesn't it? These birds are actually called roseate spoonbills. They spend all day fishing around with their touch-sensitive beaks. Notice the shallow depth of the water, which is typical for the Everglades. The roseate spoonbill's favorite food is shrimp, which is what gives them their pink color!
